The light ERP that was developed from scratch for a gutter cleaning and gutter installation company had the following major functions:

• CRM including customer management, sales commission, sales performance reporting, quote and sales order management 

• Employee management 

• Job ticket generation and scheduling 

• Optimal truck routing 

• For completed jobs, scanning completed job tasks

• Batch customer credit card payment processing 

• Mobile application  

 

My Acumatica Construction Management experience consists of the following:

• Asbestos removal and demolition company 

  • Analysis of  the business process requirements of a national asbestos removal and demolition company.

    • Observations of the current business processes and process flow​

    • Documenting the gaps

  • Assessment of their Acumatica ERP implementation

    • Documenting the current flow of the Acumatica Construction Edition implementation and other field project systems and HCM systems they use

    • Checking their current Generic Inquiries, dashboards and reports

  • Proposal of improvements to the Acumatica Construction Edition implementation.

    • Presenting the benefits of using the Acumatica out of the box detail project templates​

    • Fixing some Generic Inquiries, dashboards and reports

    • Presenting the proper use of the Acumatica CRM, sales commission, AIA billing, and time cards and Acumatica Payroll application

    • The use of Purchase Orders and Inventory Management with Construction Project Management

  • Testing of my proposed implementations

    • Testing a demo of using the Acumatica out of the box detail project templates​

    • Testing business events and notifications

    • Testing the workflow engine

  • Land developer company​

    • Developed the business requirements and the functional requirements. Documented them in Google folders.​

    • The functional requirements contained several project design options for project budgets, purchase requisitions, project revenue and cost budgets, commitments and condo sales. Design options included the use of stock items, non-stock items or project tasks for the condo units. Costs and revenue was only recognized when the building was completed. 

    • Set up test tenants and tested the above project design options. This was all documented so that the customer could follow the steps during implementation. 

  • General contractor companies​

    • Documented the project design option and project data flow for General Contractors​

    • Tested the project design option and documented it. 

    • Addressed their specific questions after testing my proposed solution. 

  • Manufacturing and construction company

    • Helped develop the functional requirements for carrying kit assemblies and for using the kit assemblies in installation projects. Construction project management was used for the installation projects.
