My Acumatica CRM experience consists of completing successfully the M100 course, using the Acumatica CRM suite for sales and marketing, documenting the website www.intercs.com with all the details of the CRM modules, and of contributions to the CRM product management regarding possible enhancements.

Internal Use of Acumatica CRM

While using Acumatica CRM for our own company, I did the following: 

  • Set up the business account class IDs, the contact class ids, the opportunity class ids

  • Set up the marketing lists according to the business account class IDs. 

  • Entered about 250 business accounts, 750 contacts and 10 customers

  • Created about 50 marketing mass emails

Possible Enhancements

​

Possible enhancements to the CRM Suite, are:

  • The reuse of marketing mass emails

  • A screen for displaying the sales calling plan and progress in a calendar format

  • Fixing the indentation of text in all CRM activity records

  • Pasting pictures in a CRM activity record
