Acumatica Finance Experience
Summary
​
My Acumatica Finance experience consists of completing successfully the F100 and F200 course, using the Acumatica Finance suite for internal accounting, documenting the website www.intercs.com with all the details of the Finance modules, contributions to the Finance product management regarding possible enhancements, and of doing previously bookkeeping in Quickbooks.
Internal Use of Acumatica Finance

While using Acumatica Finance for our own company, I did the following:

Set up the Chart of accounts

Set up the bank accounts

Created in AP the bills and the payments

Created in AR the invoices and the customer payments

While building the website for Internet Customer Solutions (www.intercs.site), all the details for the Acumatica Finance Modules/Workspaces were entered. You can see those details starting at: https://www.intercs.site/acumatica-finance
Possible Enhancements
​
One of the possible enhancements to the Finance Suite, is the cash flow forecast in version 2020R1. I submitted them through MS Teams to the Finance product manager.
I used the Sage 100 finance cash flow management screens as an example.
Previous Bookkeeping in Quickbooks
​
I did the bookkeeping for several customers in Quickbooks Pro and Quickbooks Online. That included the payroll. Ran the balance sheet and the P&L for the tax filings.
